2020 AGU Hydrologic Sciences Early Career Awards go to V Morales and S Fatichi
Two of the 2020 AGU Early Career Awards go to scientists who were associated with our Institute in the recent past. Congratulations to the awardees on their extraordinary achievements!
Veronica Morales was an AXA Postdoc with Prof. Holzner in 2014-2016 working on porous medium flow, in particular colloids moving in groundwater and pore-scale velocity scales. She is now Assistant Professor at University of California Davis. Simone Fatichi was a senior researcher with Prof. Burlando in 2011-2020 working on ecohydrology, in particular ecohydrological modelling at urban, catchment and regional scales.
