SNF Scientific Workshop CiG@ETH
The SNF exploratory scientific workshop Complexity in Geomorphology was held on 11-12 June 2015 at the Chair. This was an event for PhDs and Postdocs around the topic of complexity in geomorphic systems and its implication on data collection and analysis, modelling and inference of cause-and-effect relations, and the predictability of geomorphic system response in general. Organiser and contact: Peter Molnar.
PhD Summer School on Catchment Transport Processes 2017
The Chair PhD students together with their EPFL colleagues organised a 5-day summer school on transport processes in hydrology on 2-7 July 2017. Participants learned about physical and chemical processes occurring in the generation and transport of nutrients, data analysis, and modelling techniques. More information.
